Form for Subcontracted Repair Items

This form is for our general repair service as described at the repair services page. Please see the drop-down menus for other services. For general enquiries, see the contact form.

Please enter details for each item you wish to send to us in the form below. When you receive a copy by email, please print it off and enclose it with the items you want us to repair.

The form accepts batches of up to ten items. If you want to send more, you are welcome to do so. Once you've submitted and printed off the details for the first ten items, please repeat as necessary. You can send as many items in a box as you like (more than ten), as long as they're safely packed- please include all printouts.
