From 25 November 2021 onwards, we have updated and expanded our list of refurbishment options. This includes the replacement of the old “basic” and “premium” services with “screen-only” and “full-device” refurbishment, optional screen protectors and a few other changes.
For our current list of service options, see ‘Your Refurbishment Options Explained’.
How This Compares to Our Previous Refurbishment Options

- iPhone
- “Basic” iPhone Refurb (glass replacement only) – Discontinued.
- “Premium” iPhone Refurb – Same as the new “Screen-Only” iPhone refurb service.
- iPad
- “Basic” iPad Refurb (screen only) – Same as the new “Screen-Only” iPad refurb service.
- “Premium” iPad Refurb (full device) – Same as the new “Full-Device” iPad refurb service.
- Samsung Galaxy
- “Basic” Samsung Refurb (glass replacement only, without frame) – Discontinued.
- “Premium” Samsung Refurb – Same as the new “Screen-Only” Samsung refurb service.
In addition:-
- “Full Device” repairs were previously iPad only; they are now also available for iPhone and Samsung Galaxy.
- “Hydrogel” screen protectors are entirely new and available pre-fitted for all screens for a small additional charge.
- The “Long Flex” (“LF”) or “Long Cable” option- formerly available on selected iPhone screens- has been discontinued. (All such screens now come with the regular “short cable”).
- “No IC” option is unaffected and remains available on selected screens as before.
