A copy will be forwarded to your email address; once received, please print it off and enclose it in the package(s) with your screens before sending them to us.

Form for Screen Refurbishment

IMPORTANT:

(i) Submitting this form and sending your screens to us indicates that you have read and accepted both our general requirements and our terms and conditions for refurbishment.

(ii) SCREENS:- We are only able to accept original screens for refurbishment (including previously-refurbished/recycled ones). We cannot accept non-original ("copy") screens from third-party manufacturers- please read our article explaining the difference if necessary, or contact us if you still require further details.

(iii) "Screen" is screen-only refurbishment, "Device" is for the whole device. Please make sure you understand the difference between our "Screen" and "Device" refurbishment options before posting.

(iii) Pre-fitted Hydrogel screen protectors are available for a small additional charge- please tick the "Hydrogel" box.

We regret that Google Pixel, Samsung and Huawei refurbishment services are currently unavailable.
